Raspberry Ultima Replenisher Electrolyte Gummies
Have you ever made electrolyte gummies? We love this recipe from @heathersrealfood!
INGREDIENTS
2 TBS gelatin (Agar-Agar or Carrageenan for a Vegan option)1/4 cup coconut milk OR cold water3/4 cup boiling water2 scoops of Raspberry Ultima
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small pitcher or bowl with a spout, mix the 1/4 cup cold water or coconut milk with the Ultima Raspberry flavor powder.
Add the gelatin to the cold liquid- mix well and it will start to firm up and look grainy.
Add the boiling water and mix for at least 1 minute, until everything is dissolved.
Pour the mix into a mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.
