Sprouted Walnuts
Looking for that snack that lights up your taste buds but doesn’t light up the scale? This healthy and flavorful snack is the perfect solution. Full of hard to get nutrients like magnesium, zinc, and amino acids, sprouted walnuts are a delightful health choice. With their warm and buttery flavor and just-right crunch, the taste is delectable and irresistible.
Their classic sprouted walnuts are straight-forward: just a bag of sprouted walnuts. This allows the full buttery-warm flavors of the walnut to really emerge, giving a satisfying crunch to a healthy snack.
Their savory sprouted walnuts are infused in a delectable mix of whole savory flavors. The infusing process leaves behind a subtle yet full flavor
Why sprouted?
Sprouting does two things to the nut: it releases bound up nutrition, and it breaks down the protective barrier around the nut. Put together, this means increased bioavailability to your body: more nutritious, and easier to digest!
“We grow, harvest, process, package, and ship these delicious California sprouted walnuts, from our doorstep to your doorstep.“
Whatever the activity, these savory sprouted walnuts will keep your tastebuds satisfied.

Pumpkin seeds will go rancid if they’re not stored properly. If you’ve purchased a sealed package, you can keep it unopened in a cool, dry location that is out of direct sunlight for up to 3 months or you can place it unopened in your freezer for a year or longer. When seeds are exposed to air they are immediately at risk for going rancid. Every time you unseal a package make sure you seal it again only after removing as much air as possible. After you’ve opened a package of pumpkin seeds, it’s highly recommended that you transfer them to a bag or container that has an airtight seal and then keep them in the fridge or freezer.

Pecans are a good source of calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which help lower blood pressure. Majority of the fat in pecans is a healthy type called monounsaturated fat. Eating monounsaturated fat instead of high saturated fats (like potato chips) can help lower levels of bad LDL cholesterol. Keeping your LDL cholesterol low cuts down your risk of having a stroke or heart attack. Pecans include Vitamin A, Vitamin E and zinc, which all support your immune system and can help the body fight off infections. Pecans are fiber-packed and help promote colon health and facilitate regular bowel movements. This delicious nut also has anti-inflammatory benefits and helps eliminate toxins inside of the body that can cause breakouts, dullness and excess oil, possibly resulting in an improved appearance of your skin. Almonds are a fantastic source of antioxidants. Antioxidants help protect against oxidative stress, which can damage molecules in your cells and contribute to inflammation, aging and diseases like cancer. Almonds do more than just lower LDL levels in your blood. They also protect LDL from oxidation, which is a crucial step in the development of heart disease.
Fun Facts
Almonds were one of the first foods awarded a qualified health claim in the US. Although most people think of the almond as a nut, it is actually a seed that can be found inside a drupe, the fruit of the almond tree.
