When hunger strikes in between meals, what’s a person to do? The solution: have a Hungry Buddha Keto Bar on hand.

Hungry Buddha has always believed in the importance of healthy fats. With coconuts being one of their favorite superfoods, it’s no coincidence that Hungry Buddha Keto Bars are packed with healthy fats from MCT oil, g of plant protein, and are Keto-Certified with only 4g of net carbs and less than 2g of sugar.

Produced in a dedicated peanut-free facility, without any palm oils or sugar alcohols, Hungry Buddha Keto Bars are also soy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO.

So, what’s in them?

Made in Canada with only real ingredients that provide sustained energy to fuel your mind and body, Hungry Buddha Bars feature key ingredients like sunflower seed butter, tapioca fibre, and chicory root, to leave you feeling satisfied and satiated. Not to mention, because they are sweetened with Monk fruit, they taste amazing too!

Prep Time: 10 mins

Total Time: 10 mins

Yield: 2

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1 1/2 cups Almondmilk, unsweetened vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Collagen Peptides
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries (plus more for topping)
  • ½ Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Hungry Buddha Coconut Cocoa Keto Bar for topping

Place all ingredients (not including the topping) into a container and stir until well combined. Seal with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.

Prepare the crumble topping by breaking up the Hungry Buddha bar into small pieces to place on top of your overnight oats.

The next morning, take the oats out and stir. You’ll notice the old fashioned oats and chia seeds soak up a lot of the liquid so you may want to add more almond milk before serving. Portion overnight oats into two containers, top each with the Buddha Bar crumble topping and a few extra blueberries. Enjoy!
