Pear & Almond Bliss Ball Recipe

Yields approx 15

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup porridge oats
  • 1 cup dried apple rings
  • 1 sachet Swisse Me Pear Ready-to-Drink Smoothie
  • 1/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup coconut sugar (adjust to suit your sweet tooth!)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • A large pinch of salt

METHOD: 

Add the oats, dried apple and almonds to a food processor and blend until no large chunks remain.

Next, simply add in the rest of your ingredients (adjusting the amount of coconut sugar to suit your sweet tooth) and blend again until this all comes together into a mouldable mixture. It should be slightly sticky but not wet.

Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls using your hands and store in the fridge.
