Soul cleansing is something that we can do a little everyday or we can do a lot all at once depending on where you are in your life.
Here, we are going to focus on cleansing a little everyday, starting with today.
To cleanse your soul, you begin by thinking about what you are holding onto that doesn’t serve you anymore. You then find the lesson that you are supposed to learn within that problem. Next, you let go of everything that doesn’t serve, while holding on to the lesson. You can use your breath to send the things you are letting go of into a stone or the earth – something outside of you. With each experience of letting go of heaviness while holding on to wisdom, you can feel lighter and wiser. Think of this as turning your wounds into wisdom. Cranberry Almond Maple Crunchy Clusters as a topping

Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 heaping cup of organic frozen berries (Mixed berries)
1 frozen banana
2-3 tbsp coconut or almond milk
1 scoop of plain yogurt
Toppings
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Granola- Optional
Fruit- Optional
Instructions:
Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low.
Add a bit of coconut or almond milk and protein powder (optional), and blend on low, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
Scoop into 1-2 serving bowls (amount as original recipe is written // adjust if altering batch size) and top with desired toppings.
Best when fresh, though leftovers keep in the freezer for 1-2 weeks. Let thaw before enjoying.
