Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp almond butter
ice (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the banana, oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, spinach, cinnamon, and honey.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice if desired and blend again.

VEGAN GARLIC DIP
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise/ Yogurt
5 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste
INSTURCTIONS
To make the vegan garlic dip, add together mayo, garlic, almond milk, lime juice, and salt + pepper to a food processor. Pulse until combined. Taste and adjust with salt or pepper.
Serve baked plantain chips with vegan garlic dip. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
5 cups cubed watermelon
1 cup chopped strawberries
1 scoop (or stickpack) of Ultima Watermelon
1 TBSP lime juice
3/4 cup unsweetened apple cider
2 cups water
2 large handfuls of ice cubes
Directions:
Blend watermelon, strawberries, Ultima Watermelon, lime juice, apple cider and ice until all smooth. Sweeten with more Ultima Watermelon to taste if desired. Serve immediately. Add a few lime slices and a sprig of mint leaves to each glass to give it more aroma and flavor. Enjoy!

1/8 cup coconut sugar (adjust to suit your sweet tooth!)
1 tbsp peanut butter
A large pinch of salt
METHOD:
Add the oats, dried apple and almonds to a food processor and blend until no large chunks remain.
Next, simply add in the rest of your ingredients (adjusting the amount of coconut sugar to suit your sweet tooth) and blend again until this all comes together into a mouldable mixture. It should be slightly sticky but not wet.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls using your hands and store in the fridge.

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Then, add in the almond milk, vanilla, Boost Me Coffee sachet and apple cider vinegar and stir until just mixed – be careful not to overdo it! Let this sit on the side for 5-10 minutes.
Add a little oil of your choice to a large frying pan and place on medium heat. Once hot, use a ¼ cup scoop or a couple of tbsp’s to pour the mixture into pancake shapes in the pan. Once bubbles start to appear in the middle of your pancake, flip it to cook the other side.
